Since joining e-Merge Real Estate in 2021, I’ve helped countless families achieve their real estate goals, but my commitment to service goes even further. I’m also an adjunct instructor at Columbus State Community College, a mentor to young women, and an active volunteer in local schools and churches.

I can't put into words how much i appreciate Niesha and her expertise of the market and the "special" FHA program for seniors. i so appreciate how she marketed my condo so that it was in contract the day after it was officially listed! And attracted a cash offer on top of this. My head is still spinning a bit with how fast things went with the sale of my condo and the purchase of the new one of which Niesha helped me with this also. With all of this said, i highly recommend Ms. Sharper to help you with your real estate needs.

Niesha is the absolute best and a godsend!! I can't express enough how amazing she is. She is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. She helped me get out of a contract with a different realtor who wasn't helping nor listening to my needs with selling my house. She not only listened to my needs and desires, but went above and beyond doing things that realtors normally don't do in effort to achieve my goal. She would check in weekly to update me on the progress and keep me in the loop of what was going on. She also offered suggestions and recommendations to benefit the profit of selling. She made my selling process go so smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Absolutely loved my experience with her. 10/10!
