Marnie is very knowledgeable of both the local real estate market and the home buying process, which was valuable because my wife and I were first time home buyers. It was reassuring to know that she’d be able to answer our questions with answers backed with years of experience.She is highly responsive to communication via phone, chat, and email. This was important to us given how competitive the local real estate market is. Marnie assured us a fast turnaround time to see new listings, even though we were only available during our lunch breaks and in the evenings and weekends.We also valued Marnie’s ability to really be an advocate for us. There were times during our communications with sellers’ agents that she zealously stood up for our interests. My wife and I are pretty easy going and would have otherwise accepted deals during our negotiations that not only weren’t in our favor but would have taken advantage of our goodwill. We knew that Marnie was in our corner and that felt very good.Without reservation we would recommend Marnie’s services!

Marnie was fantastic to work with during the purchase of our home. She partnered with us the whole way, not once wavering when we changed our minds (more than once :)) Not only was she respectful of our personal budget and needs, she was also great with recommendations and resourceful when it came to putting in offers on potential homes. With a tight Columbus market, she was a bonus to have by our side. Marnie is honest and genuine and a true pleasure to work with.
