Thomas was extremely helpful to me throughout this homebuying process. I came to him with a unique situation and I wasn't quite sure the route I wanted to go with building a home or buying an existing home. Thomas is very knowledgeable in both new and existing home sells. We looked at a few older homes before I made the decision to go with a new build. Thomas was patient and provided his professional opinion when appropriate however, I never felt like I was being pushed or swayed in one direction versus the other. He helped me to logically look at all the factors and make the best decision for me. Thomas is extremely responsive. Whenever I reached out to him rather by call or text, I could expect a response within an hour but most times within minutes. He was present for all of my meetings, inspections and walk-throughs even if they were last minute. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate having Thomas as my realtor!
