Rong is an incredible realtor. I highly recommend her. She literally is the very best.Rong goes above and beyond when it came to my home purchase. When unfortunate circumstances on my end came up, and my goodness, there were plenty... Rong continued to do her very best in settling me down and assisting me throughout the whole process, finding different homes that may work for me and my family within an extremely tough time frame. She had dealt with troublesome sellers during my process.After everything I had been through, she still came through and did an amazing job. I don't think anyone else would do what Rong does.She took time out of her own personal schedule to help me. Rong was incredible throughout the whole selling process. I live in a different state so she help handled everything remotely. Rong also helped deal with a management office that handle the rental of my property. She is very goal-oriented and pushes every step to its best. She is professional and enthusiastic. The communication was quite efficient and meaningful. What I love the most is that she will try all possible ways to give an answer to my questions.

Rong is amazing. She followed me every step of the way for purchasing our home in Blacklick Ohio. She is dedicated; committed; trust worthy, and simply all around a decent person that cares about her clients. I have recently reached out to her on recommendations for additional work I want done on my house and she responds instantly. I honestly don’t know of anyone that would do that. She is a GEM…..I hope her employers know what they have in her:)

Rong is a dream agent! She was quick to be available to show us houses and prepare price comparisons in the area. She has an excellent knowledge of the area, and she helped us secure a house in two weeks when all of our friends warned us it took them months! We were able to get our house for under market value, which is incredible in this market. On top of all this she is incredibly thoughtful. She took care of us very well through the entire process. I have bought properties twice before and I can confidently say if I needed to choose an agent again, it would be Rong.

Rong was/is awesome!! I would text her a house I wanted to see she would answer right away and a lot of times with a time for showing. Once I texted her 4 places I wanted to see but it had to be before 1230pm because I had an appointment at 130pm. She texted back 4 minutes later, all set lets meet at the first address at 10am be done by 12am. My sister went with me for a showing and met Rong for the first time. First thing she said was that Rong was so Sweet.... but I can tell you she is a go- getter. I can't recommend her enough.

Lets them take their time, respects client's opinions and gives space and time after providing her view point with all the data points for the client to make their decision She is the perfect agent to have on our first home buying experience!!!We had received a few references but wanted to work wirh someone who was local to the marlet and really understood the dynamics of the area. Rong was knowledgeable of the area when we met at our first visit and we stuck with Rong :)
