Leanne is a highly trained professional with an abundance of knowledge. She's so friendly and will work tirelessly for you. She went above and beyond for us. Leanne worked with us from day one when we walked the a house that was in very bad condition, she adviced us on what needed to be done to get the house to market and sold for top dollar without doing a full remodel of the house. She checked in with us every week or so through the process of emptying a house that had been loved and very packed with several generations of family belongings. She got us to the finish line and had the house sold by noon of our first day of listing, from someone who has sold many houses and businesses it was the quickest and simplist transaction I have came across. I would highly recommend Leanne to anyone looking for a top notch realtor that's very knowledgeable about any and everything when it comes to buying or selling a home!

Although we lived in another state (Alaska), Leanne ensured timezones did not impact our finding, viewing, contract signing, and evening meeting me to deliver the keys and celebrate our success!
