I can't say enough. She is amazing. This is our first house, she took every phone call, every text, every question promptly, professionally, and most of all she cared. She will absolutely be the only one I ever call if I buy/sell in the future. Her knowledge and helpfulness with this whole process was amazing. This is a scary thing if you have never bought a home, and she was there every step of the way with recommendations for mortgage information, title information, and any questions or concerns we had. Her recommendations were also spot on with professional and reputable companies to deal with all the other stuff. I just cannot say how great and easy our process was with Shaynah. I could not believe how easy Shaynah made this entire process it was an absolute dream to work with her and complete the whole process. She was very responsive to communications she understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to help us work through the process so much that i kept waiting for the other shoe to drop but it never did. Shaynah was excellent as our realtor! She was responsive to questions, explained parts of the process I didn't understand, and alleviated any concerns. Shaynah was quick to schedule showings and helped us through putting in our offer that landed us our dream home! Shaynah then made sure we stayed on track to close on time, made sure we completed everything we needed, and even recommended contractors to start us off on the right foot of home ownership!

Shayna went above and beyond to help me find a great place on very short notice and under difficult circumstances. She worked evenings and weekends and made trips to video when I could not go to see things. I've dealt with many realtors and Shayna is the bestv-- no one comes close to the effort she made to show me appropriate places and to close the deal and get me the right place.

I love that Shaynah drew from her personal experience buying a home. She was also really great explaining all the terms (like, earnest money, gap coverage, etc.). I was a first-time home buyer during a housing boom and these terms were pretty essential in our contract. She always asked if I had any questions and none were judged as stupid. She was really easy to talk to and always available through email and/or text message/calls. She was on top of all the details between the seller and my mortgage broker. She really listened to what my family needed and what our time constraints were. I'm already wanting to go back to her when I have to sell my home years down the road.
She was so relatable and funny. She really knew what she was talking about and I felt she had my best interests at heart the whole time we worked together. She listened to what I needed and my deadlines that had to be met. She made the paperwork side of things super easy and understandable.
I had a major deadline and a few things we needed to have in a house. She was respectful of my budget and helped me get in a great neighborhood!! As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for anyone better than Shaynah!
