I started working with April in January of 2025. I wanted someone that knew the area and understood my needs. She worked hard at selling my house and must have shown meb25 houses. Knowing what I wanted was not an easy task to findMore than once the place is looked at had all was just went into contract or just didn't meet most of my needs .After finding a house that would worked perfectly. We put in a contract that was accepted and thought all was set for a new home. The bank screwed up and the owner canceled the contract. This was a low point in my life. With April's help and faith we continued to look for a home.I lived in a motor home for three months with April's faith keeping me positive we found a house that was perfect. We submitted a. Being the last home, we plan on buying, we were very particular and had multiple key features we included in our “must have” list. Our specific wants and a tight buying market required us to react quickly to any property becoming available. April was amazing! April made sure every part of this process was as easy for us as possible. April explained everything in detail in the beginning which was truly helpful. She sat down with us and helped us prepare for the process. April went out of her way to make sure as soon as a house that we liked came on the market we saw it. At one point I had messaged her about a house at 2:30 and she said okay great I will see you at 4. We went to multiple showings a day for many days in a row. April always accommodated our schedule and made sure she was always available to us. April answered every text and never missed a phone call. Once we found a house we like April was the first one to grab her handy dandy flashlight and start crawling into crawl spaces and other spots of the house to help make sure the house was of our standards. April sent over paperwork to our email and made everything easy to sign. She always called and explained everything before even sending it. While waiting for responses from the seller April always kept in contact with me. I never had to message her to ask her if she heard anything bc I knew if she did she would've called or message us. On days she hadn't heard any news she would message me and let me know she hadn't heard anything just to keep the line of communication open. April made sure everything that was a priority in this process to us was also a priority to her. April went above and beyond. April made phone calls for us that I didn't even realize needed to be made. At one point I asked April a question about the utilities and her response was "I've already called them twice to confirm there is a zero balance" I'm sure there were other phone calls or things she did herself to make sure everything was correct and to lighten our load. April was amazing during this process and I could truly go on forever about her. She is an amazing person and she is amazing at her job. My family and I couldn't express enough how thankful we are to her!

April contacted the selling agent to get more information on the house and seller. This helped us understand what kind of offer they may be looking for. We'd planned on downsizing at some point, and wanted to see an Epcon condo to see what they were like. April took us to several, only to learn they had sold by the time we arrived. In fact, the unit we eventually purchased went into contract while we were on the way there- but we still got to see the interior. It was beautiful and our hearts were set on it. When we learned the financing had fallen through, We (and April) jumped on it and we went into contract the same day.We weren't the easiest clients- we changed loan agents 3 times to get a very low loan rate. This was during the peak of the Covid crisis, and the seller had been furloughed, so the sale was postponed twice. April got the seller to pay for an extension on our loan interest rate lock. All the while she coached us through the documents we signed virtually, interfaced with our loan agent, explained all options. Throughout, April responded quickly to even the most inane questions patiently and promptly (like asking the seller's agent to find out the shade of paint on the walls!) April's voicemail says it all, cheerfully: "It's a great day in real estate!"

She was very receptive to all our questions and made her self available whenever we asked to view a house or needed advice.
