Derek is hands down the best agent I've ever worked with. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the home buying process, but answered any question we had about houses in general (repairs, foundation, HVAC, loans, etc). Without us even asking, he was fighting to get our buying price lowered, which of course was a win for us, but meant he gets paid less for the job.

Derek is one of the hardest working people I know and he’s a fighter. He’s competitive and doesn’t like to lose. He’s exactly who you want fighting for you at the negotiating table. He has closed 100x more home purchases than your wife’s third cousin who “is a realtor also” so he knows a thing or two about the home buying/selling process and what’s going on in the housing market.Highly recommend.

Derek was a valuable asset to have when I sold my property. I had to make a costly repair before I could sell the home, which required some time to do. Derek was able to keep the buyers informed and engaged throughout the property purchase process.
