Tonya is absolutely amazing! We were randomly connected with her through Zillow and knew right away we have been blessed! Tonya is very knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, and always available to answer any questions. Communication was excellent. She made the entire process stress free and smooth. My fiancé and I enjoyed our experience buying our very first home. Tonya is there for the people, we truly appreciate her and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

Tonya is AMAZING!! We got connected with her at random by Zillow to view a property and we knew immediately that we had "hit the jackpot" with her and that we wanted to work with her exclusively. She has so much knowledge and experience to bring to the table, and was also really fun to work with! We felt so well taken care of and will certainly continue to work with Tonya whenever we can!

Tonya was amazing! She was very personable and down to earth. She made us feel very comfortable and no question was a stupid question with her. She is a joy to be around and our 11 year old daughter actually enjoyed coming to look at the different homes with us bc of Tonya! If you want a fantastic realtor that is not going to feed you a bunch of bologna, then I would HIGHLY recommend this lady right here!!!

Tonya did an outstanding job. Her expertise and knowledge, essentially with respect to VA loans, was extremely helpful. Her connections with local inspectors made the process easy and worry free. This was my first experience with a real estate agent on my own. Tonya was so exceptional, it cannot be contained to just words. The email system utilized by her automatically finds homes for you in the price range you setz as well as area you set. This gave me thr ability to choose from so many options. Her level of professionalism on the phone as well as in person was flawless. Never rude, never short, never felt like there wasn't time for me individually. Very aggressive at making sure all things were taken care of for me, including time management setting up viewings, etc. Had me compile a list of things that were set and defined for the house I was after. We even had a small emergency occur while my wife and I were viewing multiple homes. Required one of us to leave. She made it possible for me to continue to view, while my wife left to adress the issue. I will always recommend her and no one else to any of you looking for a home, as long as she is actively working and selling. I personally vouch for this listing agent. You will be in good hands and not regret it. I gurantee it. Take none, won't be none. The aggression and determination of a bulldog!
