Our apartment rates sky rocketed on us and we realized we would much rather pay that kind of money for a house of our own, the only problem was we didn't have long to do it. Asked my mom if she knew anyone, she said she would give her friend a call. Thomicena called us I believe the same night , discussed what we were looking for and what we had to work with so we could get the search going. Every house we seen and liked on our app Thomicena made us appointments to visit. I've never bought a house before but I've heard stories , and a real estate agent that can't make it to alot of showings definitely hurts your chances of getting your bid in to the seller so for her to be so on top of it made us feel like we had the best chances of all. After a couple weeks of looking at house after house , we were finally in contract. Thomicena did a great job of keeping on top of the seller to make sure repairs were met per request , and we coasted to closing without a hitch. Will absolutely use Thomicena in the future , and recommend her to anyone I have the chance too!
